Summary

Postural is a general wellness app that helps users build posture-friendly stretch routines. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

Information We Collect

• Account information: email address, display name, and a unique account identifier.
• Onboarding answers: posture habits, goals, sitting/screen-time ranges, discomfort areas, selected posture patterns, and time commitment.
• Progress photos: optional photos that users choose to add. These are stored only on the user's device and are never uploaded to our servers.
• App activity: routine completion, streaks, points, reminder settings, push notification tokens, and routine history.
• Purchases: subscription status and related purchase identifiers from the App Store and our subscription-management provider.
• Usage and diagnostic data: app events, screen views, and crash/error reports used to operate, debug, and improve the app. This is first-party usage data only — no advertising identifiers and no cross-app tracking.
• Device/service data: basic technical information needed for app functionality, security, crash diagnosis, and service operation where enabled.

How We Use Information

• Create and manage accounts.
• Generate personalized stretch routines from the user's selected posture patterns.
• Store routine history for the user's account.
• Send requested reminders and notifications.
• Verify subscription access and restore purchases.
• Understand how the app is used and improve features through analytics.
• Protect the app, debug issues, and improve reliability.

Progress Photos

Progress photos are optional and are stored only on the user's device. They are never uploaded to Postural's servers or shared with any third party, and they are removed when the user deletes them or deletes their account.

Service Providers

Postural relies on trusted third-party service providers to operate the app. These providers process data only to provide their service to us, and fall into the following categories:

• Cloud infrastructure for authentication, database, storage, and backend functions.
• AI processing for stretch routine generation and daily tips.
• Subscription management for entitlements and purchase validation.
• Push notification delivery for reminders.
• Product analytics for app usage events and screen views.
• Crash and error diagnostics.
• The App Store, for purchases and subscription management.

Retention and Deletion

Postural keeps account data while the account is active. Users can delete their account in Settings. Account deletion removes your authentication account and your profile and associated records from our cloud services, and clears any progress photos stored on the device. The App Store and our subscription-management provider may retain purchase records as required for billing, fraud prevention, tax, legal, and compliance purposes.

User Choices

Users can:

• Delete progress photos in the app.
• Disable notifications in iOS Settings or Postural settings.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in their App Store account settings.
• Delete their account in Postural Settings.
