Data Deletion

You can delete your Postural account and data at any time.

Delete Your Account In The App

1. Open Postural.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm deletion.

This removes your Postural account, profile, and routine history from Firebase services, and clears any progress photos stored on your device. Progress photos are kept only on your device and are never uploaded to Postural.

Subscription Records

Deleting your Postural account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Apple and RevenueCat may retain purchase records as required for billing, fraud prevention, tax, legal, and compliance purposes.
